It has already been about three years since my partner in life and I pulled up roots in the town where we both grew up and moved 2000 miles to the American West. It was an abrupt move, but not one that was not thought about and loosely planned for a very long time, as we awaited the right opportunity.
It was a necessary hiatus for me to stop working on my art as I adjusted to this move.
The time I have spent getting a new job, a new house, new friends and a new sense of normal has left me feeling much more content with my life, but it is now time to get back to work on Image-making and art-creating.
